Terms and Condition of Warranty

  1. This warranty is valid only if the warranty card is completed and returned to ROBAM dealer within 14 days from date of purchase.
  2. This warranty is effective for appliances purchased from an authorized ROBAM dealers and operated in Malaysia only.
  3. The warranty card is non-transferable and not replaceable in the event of loss.
  4. The warranty provided shall apply to manufacturing defects and covers for domestic/household use only. ROBAM shall at sole discretion either repair the product or replace it with the equivalent product. ROBAM may use new and/or reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty. In the case of repair or replacement, ROBAM shall own all the parts removed from the product.
  5. End user shall only engage ROBAM authorized service contractor to provide warranty related service.
  6. Our technician has the right to impose service charge(s) to decline (deny or reject)/repair of the product in the event the customer fails to present the warranty card when servicing is required.
  7. The product's warranty for a period of 24 months shall apply for all hood, hob, oven, microwave oven and dishwasher from the date of purchase. 10 years warranty shall apply to all hood motor only. Lifetime warranty against tempered glass hob.

Shattered/Broken glass will only be replaced, subject to the appliance are safe to use. Service, transport and any parts changed are chargeable if exceed warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions ▼
  1. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear items (such as light bulb, filter, flexible hose, rubber gasket etc.).
  2. Damage on external finishing (discoloring after prolong usage), accessories, external, removable and/or breakable items (i.e. glass door, tray, burner grid, rotisserie kit, batteries, knobs, oil cup, end cap, evaporator pan, strainer, enameled/chromes/stainless steel surface/finishing).
  3. Damage caused by strikes, lockout, fire, household pests, lightning, electrical disturbance, negligence, accidents and other natural disasters or due to deviation from recommended application and installation.
  4. Damage caused by chemical reaction, improper operating, cleaning or maintaining not in accordance to the instruction manuals, such as the use of unsuitable cleaning agents or chemicals causing damage.
